Audiovisual installation for Räume, presented at Berlin Art Week 2018, Willhelm Hallen Studios.
This project began with a journey to rural Switzerland—Lagnau im Emmental—where the forest, the living beings, and the rhythms of the countryside became the central material for exploration. Alongside friend and artist Natalia Santolaria, we worked within the environment and the sculptor’s context, engaging with his monumental, almost otherworldly sculptures and using tools such as chainsaws to create additional large-scale works.
What started as a documentation task evolved into an immersive audiovisual installation, presented in Barcelona, Berlin, and Salta, Argentina. The work combined set design, performative installation, and audiovisual staging, translating a personal and environmental exploration into a shared, site-responsive experience.
